Orders and Shipping

Normally all orders within the Netherlands should take 3-5 business days to arrive.

You can change your shipping address in your account. After your order is placed, it is no longer possible to change your shipping address for that order.

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking code on your e-mailaddress you stated in your order.

We currently only ship to the Netherlands. Other countries are only possible after discussing it with us.

Yes. All your items of one order will come in the same box. Only with really large orders it can be possible that the order will be split and shipped into multiple boxes.

We currently offer payments by iDeal, Paypal, and normal bank transfers. 

All payments are processed safely by our payment provider Mollie trough a secure internet connection.

If you need to return or swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You can return your purchase within 14 days after arrival. After that you have 14 more days to get send your purchase back to us. Your return must be received within 28 days after arrival.

All items should be in good condition and must be handled with care. CD’s can only be returned if they’re in the original seal. If the seal is broken or in case of a signed CD, we can’t accept your return.

All returns, except for damaged goods and wrong items, are at own expense.
